It’s also a chance to gain exposure, inspire others and share the amazing work you do within a community that recognises the depth and diversity of equine wellbeing.

As a presenter at The Equine Collective, you will gain:

Expectations of Presenters

Presenters at The Equine Collective are invited to contribute not only their expertise but also their spirit of collaboration and care for both horses and humans. To help the event run smoothly and maintain its boutique, professional feel, presenters are asked to:

• Commit to participation for the agreed session(s) and be available ahead of time to prepare for your presentation/session.

• Engage with attendees in a friendly, inclusive and supportive way - sharing knowledge and encouraging curiosity.

• Promote the event through personal and professional networks (social media, clients or colleagues) to help build awareness and attendance.

• Provide session details (topic description, time requirements, equipment/space needs) within the required timeframe for scheduling and promotion.

• Respect the event’s horse-first ethos, ensuring all demonstrations and discussions align with the values of welfare, safety, and ethical practice.

• Bring any required materials, props, or equipment for their presentation, unless otherwise arranged.

• Hold relevant insurance and qualifications for the services or demonstrations they offer.

• Contribute to the collective spirit - staying open to collaboration, conversation and share learning across disciplines.

Event Format

The Equine Collective is a two-day boutique-style clinic designed to bring together learning, connection and community. The program will feature a series of engaging talks and demonstrations from a range of equine professionals, alongside practical horse work sessions - both groundwork and ridden - for a limited number of horse and rider pairs.

With fence-sitting places also available, participants can observe, learn and be part of the conversation without bringing a horse. Numbers are kept intentionally small to create a relaxed, interactive environment.
